New Project! Integrated Engineering Stage 1 TrueFlex installation, 2015 Audi S3.
Roughly a month ago we embarked on a fun new project at NGP Aberdeen (it's been extra fun for me, as it features yours truly's Audi S3). When Integrated Engineering first announced its TrueFlex ethanol tuning program in the fall of 2021, it immediately piqued my interest as an alternative to stage 2 tuning. Its versatility is what jumped out at me- TrueFlex tuning will account for 91 octane to E85 fuel and adjusts on the fly. Flex Fuel pumps are plentiful in the Mid-Atlantic, but knowing I could revert to traditional pump fuel if needed was very appealing. Sometimes it’s small changes that make the biggest difference! Black badges are the perfect look against the Nardo Gray paintwork, and the 13mm/15mm wheel spacers help the wheels better fill out the wheel arches. For good measure we also installed APR’s Stage 1 ECU software while it was in our care. These small changes have completely changed the look of this RS 5 coupe.

What size wheels and tires are those.
I find it strange that the RS6 got the turbo treatment, but the S8 didn't. RS6s make crazy numbers with nothing but software, would've been cool to see an S8 do the same!
I find that good because this is among best sounding Audis ever and that would've not been the case if it was twin turbocharged. The RS6 has quite a lackluster sound, it understeers, like yeah it's a very competent car in a straight line but it can't do other stuff too well. Still a legend don't get me wrong. Oh and by the way you can easily free up like 80hp from the naturally aspirated 5.2 in the S8.. Paired with a TCU tune to decrease shift times you will get a pretty competent car.
There's one for sale near me with that exhaust. OMG, fast 4doors are my kryptonite.

That's the "Thunder Bunny" front bumper. It was produced by Votex and was available for purchase through VW. VW also used it on the front of the TDI Cup Edition Jettas. Probably the best looking Mk5 bumper that I've ever seen (IMHO)!

Unfortunately the customer never brought his car back for any other dyno runs. I agree that it does sound really good!

I have the 2022 atlas Se 4motion with the 245/60/18 size tires. What is the biggest size tire I can fit on there? Without having to lift it and with no rubbing. I would like to put a little more aggressive tire. I’m thinking the toyo open country. Great video btw.

What’s the biggest tire’s size I can put on after I installed this kit? I’m thinking about 275/65/r20, what do you guys think? Thanks
We were using 275/55R20 tires on ours. You could probably fit the 275/65R20 tires as there is a little more clearance left with the tires we were using. However, we haven't tested this ourselves. Also, you'll want to use the B2BFAB BFT Blocks. Without them, the front tires will rub.
This looks right for wheel hp.. if it was crank hp it would be likely to be around 420hp and torque would be around 400ftlbs most likely at the crank
